Custom made rings
Do you want to have a ring made that is just a little different from our existing collection? At Josephina Jewelry, we offer custom made options for rings made of real gold, exclusively in 9 carat and 14 carat.
Option 1 — Customize an existing design
You can have an existing design from our collection customized. For example:

a different ring size;

a different gemstone color;

a different gemstone size, such as a larger diamond.
After your request, we will review the possibilities and send you a personalized quote. Upon approval, we will also provide an estimated delivery date.
Delivery time
The average delivery time is approximately 4 to 6 weeks.
Rush service
Do you need the ring faster? Then you can opt for our rush service for an additional €100.
Estimated delivery time: 2 to 4 weeks
Once the ring is ready, it can be picked up or shipped.
Option 2 — Custom made from scratch
Do you want a completely unique design made? We can work together to design a ring from scratch, fully tailored to your wishes.
During a consultation, we will discuss your wishes, ideas, budget, and desired timeline. The design must fit within the style of Josephina Jewelry.
To start the design, we require a deposit of €100 for creating a realistic CAD drawing. This amount will later be deducted from the total amount when you decide to definitively approve the design.
For special gemstone requests, we will search for suitable stones. We will then send photos and videos so you can view the stone before it is incorporated into the design.
The design includes 2 rounds of CAD adjustments.
After approval of the design, we will start with the production of the ring.
Delivery time
The average delivery time is approximately 6 weeks after design approval. For more complex designs, this can be up to approximately 8 weeks.
Once the ring is ready, it can be picked up or shipped.
Payment
For custom made rings, we require a 50% down payment in advance. The remaining 50% is paid before the item is shipped.
Returns
Because custom made rings are made specifically to order, these items cannot be returned or exchanged.
