Returns Policy

You can return or exchange your order within 14 days of receipt.

Please note: Always place rings flat inside the jewelry box. Do not insert rings upright into the slot, as they may bend during shipping.
(Solid gold rings may be placed in the slot.)

• Return shipments remain the responsibility and risk of the customer until the package has been received by Josephina Jewelry. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. If a return label is purchased through our return portal, the customer remains responsible for the shipment.
• Products must be returned in their original condition and, if possible, in their original packaging.
• All jewelry items are fitted with a product tag. If this tag has been removed, the item can no longer be returned, as we can no longer verify that it has not been worn.
• Refunds for returned items will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original order.

Do you want to return 2 orders together? That is possible, register 1 via the portal and then enclose a note with (1) both order numbers (2) your wish (exchange/return) . Both orders must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt.

Are you not using our returns portal?
Then add a note with your ( 1) order number (2) wish: money back/exchange for size . Otherwise we cannot trace your order back to you and therefore cannot process it .

Exchange?
This is possible with items of the same price! Indicate which size you want via the returns portal. As soon as we have received your return, we will ship the desired size free of charge . Do you want an item for a different amount? Then place a new order and choose money back.

Refund
Returns will be processed within 14 days and refunded in the same manner as paid for the items. This only happens when items are received within the stated return period of 14 days in their original condition and packaging. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. Items paid for with a gift card will be refunded with a gift card.
