Shipping

On working days, all orders placed before 4:00 PM are shipped the same day. Jewelry is sent by letterbox post, so you don't have to stay at home for this.

The Netherlands
Orders above €49 are shipped for free. For orders under €49 we charge €3.95 shipping costs.

Belgium & Germany
Orders above €50 are shipped for free. For orders under €50 we charge €5 shipping costs.

Europe
Orders over €120 are shipped for free. For orders under €120 we charge €15 shipping costs.

World
Orders above €250 are shipped for free. For orders under €250 we charge €30 shipping costs.

Indication delivery times*

* Please note this is only an indication that may differ from reality. It depends on how busy parcel services are. Please keep in mind that during Christmas and Black Friday it's very busy and might take longer for your package to be delivered.

Return

Returns are possible within 14 days after receiving your package. You can start your return through our portal. 
Follow the steps and fill in what size you require if you want to exchange. If you wish to exchange the ring for another model that's the same price, put the name and size of this model in the comment. 

Returns costs will be shown during the process and you will get the return label in your email after. 

When we have received your return in good order, we will refund the money within 14 days or sent you the other sizes within a few days.

Products that are worn, damaged or arrive outside the return period of 14 days will be refused by Josephina Jewelry. 
If the labels are cut off the jewelry we will not accept the return. 
Always put the rings flat in the ringbox so they can not be damaged during the transit. 

Exchange/return or try on an item in Amsterdam?

You can make an appointment to visit our office in Amsterdam. With an appointment you can fit everything and buy immediately or exchange an order. Please contact us at info@josephinajewelry.nl. Of course you can also make a return in our mailbox.
